Membership Terms and Conditions
Membership is open to anyone in business, in a management or
a professional role within a company. There are four types of
Membership: Guest, Full, Charity and Corporate membership. Membership
is to CommunitySoul Advanced Connections as an organisation
and not limited to any one branch though you will allocate yourself
a 'home branch' and you will make membership payments to that
allocated branch for the full membership year.
Membership is for one calendar year and is valid from the date
of payment received. After 12months membership can be cancelled
at any time. Membership offers unlimited access at member rates
to CommunitySoul Business Groups. All prices are subject to
VAT at the current rate.
Guest
Membership is reserved for newcomers to CommunitySoul Business
Groups. If a Full, Corporate or Charity Membership expires and
is not renewed, that Member cannot then register as a Guest
Member. The final decision in any matters relating to Membership
rests entirely with CommunitySoul. Guest members are not eligible
to participate in any CommunitySoul discount schemes.
Membership
is not transferable.
Membership Fees
Membership fees are outlined on our website and are subject
to alteration without prior notification. All Membership Fees
are payable monthly unless specially agreed with CommunitySoul.
The final decision in any matters relating to payment plans
rests entirely with CommunitySoul.
The
yearly membership fee for existing members will be billed on
the anniversary of our initial acceptance date. Renewal notices
will be sent out via email 30 days in advance of this date.
In the event that payment is not received by the due date, Membership
will be deemed to have lapsed. A lapsed Member will need to
re-apply for Membership.
All
Membership Fees paid are non-refundable.
Cancellation
of Membership
In the event of a Member wishing to cancel their Membership,
notice needs to be given in writing to CommunitySoul. No fees
are refundable. The only exception to this is if you have paid
in full and the unlikely event that CommunitySoul should need
to close a particular branch entirely, in which instance we
will offer you a place at a suitable alternative CommunitySoul
Business Group where possible. If a suitable alternative group
is unavailable we will refund the membership fee paid on a pro-rata
basis (ie, if you have been a Member for five months CommunitySoul
will refund you 7/12’s of the Membership Fee paid).
Members
who wish to rejoin must submit a new application and pay the
Membership Fee.
Code
of Conduct
For the benefit of all members, we operate a Code of Conduct
and ask that you observe this at all times. If you do not then
cancellation of membership may esult.

will not market my services in an unreasonable manner
I will not act in a manner that will cause detriment to a group
or to any of its members
I will maintain the confidentiality of all members
I agree to support and share ideas with other members and always
treat them with respect
Your
Data
We
will not share, sell or rent your information to anyone else.
Event Terms and Conditions
Cancellation
Policy
Cancellations received up to five full working days before the
Event will be refunded in full or where possible transferred
to another CommunitySoul Event, of the same value, within the
2009 calendar. Cancellations received within two working days
of the Event will not be refunded. Transference to a Guest Member
that has already attended two CommunitySoul Events and has not
upgraded to Full Member status will be refused and the original
invoice will still require settlement in full.
Cancellations
must be made in writing by email to CommunitySoul Main Office
where the original booking was made. info[@]communitysoul.co.uk.
Please keep a record of this confirmation in case of a query.
All
Event prices are subject to VAT at the current rate. The final
decision in any matters relating to Events rests entirely with
CommunitySoul.
Accessibility
and Special Requirements
If you require assistance at the Event, please contact the relevant
venue at least 5 days before the actual Event. Venue contact
details can be found on the webstie.
If
you have special requirements such as those of a dietary nature
then please contact us at the time of booking the Event to let
us know.
Marketplace
Terms and Conditions
General
Advertisers can submit their adverts to appear on the CommunitySoul
Marketplace area of the website for a one-month, three-month,
six-month or 12-month period. Amendments to Marketplace listings,
once published, will be charged at £15.00 per listing.
All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
The
Advertiser will be invited to renew their advertisement on expiry.
Renewal notices will be sent out via email 30 days in advance
of this date. In the event that payment is not received by this
due date, the Marketplace listing will be deemed to have lapsed.
A lapsed Marketplace listing will need to be re-applied for.
All
Marketplace fees paid are non-refundable.
Content
and Conduct
The Advertiser is responsible for any content posted or transmitted
through the Marketplace. Any content, image or description deemed
inappropriate, harmful or unlawful will be removed by CommunitySoul without refund.
Indemnity
The Advertiser will indemnify and keep indemnified CommunitySoul from and against any and all loss damage or liability (whether
criminal or civil) suffered and legal fees and costs incurred
by CommunitySoul resulting from a breach of these Terms and Conditions
by the Advertiser.
Limitation
of Liability
CommunitySoul’s entire liability to Advertisers in respect
of all matters associated with the services shall be limited
to the amounts actually paid by the Advertiser to CommunitySoul.
All
Marketplace prices are subject to VAT at the current rate. The
final decision in any matters relating to Marketplace listings
rests entirely with CommunitySoul.

Data

This site has links to other sites. CommunitySoul will not be
held responsible for the content of a site that we have linked
to.
Once you link to another site you are subject to the Terms and
Conditions and privacy policy of the new site.
Refund
Policy
You
have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase
with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is
the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your
payment returned and any physical products must be returned
to us.
